Registering for the Forums:

We have implemented a member screening process. By default when you register, you will not be able to see or post in the Perineum Lounge which is for members only. If you feel like you should be granted access contact us after registering and provide us with your screen name, real name, and a brief reasoning. We will try to validate you ASAP so that you can post away.

The main reasoning behind this to keep people on a need to know basis about the topics discussed within the lounge.

Staying Posted About Things:

There are a few ways to stay up to date with what is posted on the website. We feature RSS feeds for the blog posts, and most of the forums. The only forum that isn't available through RSS is the Perineum Lounge. Also in the forums are buttons to 'Subscribe' or 'Watch Topic.' 'Subscribe' will notify you by email whenever someone posts to the particular thread. 'Watch Topic' notifies you at the top of the forum when a new post has been added.

Where To Post Your Topic:

The main forum is currently divided up into three specific forums listed below:

• Announcements – You should always read the threads in here first. Everyone can post here, but if it isn't deemed 'important' it will probably be moved to General Talk.
• General Talk – Pretty much anything goes. Everyone can post here.
• The Perineum Lounge – Used for member-only topics in which the public should probably not see. Non-members can not see or post in here. See the top of this thread if you think you should be able to.

Fill Out Your Profile:

We want to know more about you, so go to the Profile Page and fill it out.
